What you will do

• Transform Ideas into Experiences: Turn ideas, business opportunities, research, and creative vision into tangible experiences that are clear, usable, useful, and desirable for users.
• Innovative Data Visualization: Continuously design cutting-edge approaches to visualizing data and communicating complex financial concepts in an understandable way.
• Design System Mastery: Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our design system by partnering with the team, promoting its adoption, and influencing future enhancements.
• Wireframes s More: Expertly create wireframes, site maps, and user journeys, complete with detailed annotations, prototypes, and functional specifications.
• Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with content strategists, product managers, and technology leads to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring projects are well-defined, impactful, and successfully executed.

What you will bring to the table

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital design, whether in product-focused or agency settings, creating consumer-facing applications and websites.
• User Research s Testing: Master at identifying user needs, actions, behaviors, and emotions through thorough research. Skilled in validating prototypes with both moderated and unmoderated tests.
• Information Architecture: Expert in creating clear and intuitive information architecture.
• User Journeys s Wireframes: Proficient in developing user journeys and wireframes that guide users seamlessly.
• Accessibility: Knowledgeable in designing for WCAG Web Accessibility Standards to ensure inclusivity.
• Prototyping: Adept at bringing ideas to life using Figma.
• Documentation: Detail-oriented in documenting work, including annotations and functional specifications.
• Content Savvy: Strong understanding of content and its role in design.
• Collaboration: Excellent at interfacing with development teams to ensure high-quality design delivery.
• Agile Methodologies: Experienced in using lean/agile product development models.
• Iterative Design: Capable of acting on internal feedback and user testing results to iterate designs for maximum value.
• Presentation Skills: Confident in explaining interactions, scenarios, and defending design choices while educating stakeholders.
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and build something new.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
